About the Clan

This clan was established by Commissioner Jessica. It started of when started to became interested in designing vehicles in San Paro. While the were chaos in San Paro, it was difficult to fight alone and trying to maintain resources and time to continuing designing vehicles so she decided to establish a team. A team of enforcers which is now Blackbird Task Force. Commissioner Jessica worked hard to keep designs up to date, interact with people and fighting criminals.

About the Commissioner:

Besides the fact that Commissioner likes to design vehicles, she's also creative with clothing and other stuff. She handles most of the administrative duties but also does get involve with operations. She's really easy to interact with. Fun fact: she loves to eat cookies and pizza.
